Executive Assistant/sales Coordinator
Job Title: Executive Assistant Job Description Previous experience in an administrative role supporting executive leadership is highly required. Advanced computer competency is required in Microsoft Office and the ability to work within company software programs. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to always provide the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Project management experience and leading a team throughout a project are essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary. The role requires being extremely detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are needed for task completion. Great customer service skills are essential. The candidate must handle a fast-paced environment and deadline pressures well, planning and carrying out responsibilities with minimal direction. A positive, proactive demeanor is required, resulting in superior teamwork and collaboration with team members while demonstrating a commitment to excellence. The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate effectively with team members across the company and externally is a must.
