Now Brewing – Administrative Leaders! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

As an executive assistant senior, you will be responsible for supporting the evp and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, enabling the executive to advance company initiatives and goals.

As an executive assistant senior, you will…

Provide highly strategic calendar management – you will be responsible for overseeing the executive’s schedule, adapting to shifting priorities and exercising sound judgment to prioritize competing demands. Analyze incoming and outgoing materials – you will be responsible for evaluating business materials, company communication, and leveraging observations to inform decision making and strategic execution of tasks. Utilize project management skills – you will help drive high-level projects, events, and key business deliverables at an enterprise level, and cascade pertinent information and communications to appropriate groups. Coordinate travel arrangements – you will manage and oversee all travel logistics for the executive and work across teams to ensure the leader is prepared. Support the rhythm of the business – in coordination with the executive and director of business operations, you will help manage the rhythm of the business, including the workflow of planning and meetings and execution. Lead admin team meetings and programs – you will work to create a positive team environment that promotes inclusive and productive behaviors along with mentorship across the enterprise. Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
