Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team of a Florida based technology company. The EA will manage various activities, events, and personal affairs, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility, as it may involve working outside regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate global offices.
Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the daily administration and operations of the CEO's office.
+ Manage a complex calendar for the CEO.
+ Provide administrative assistance to the global executive team.
+ Arrange detailed travel itineraries for business meetings and conferences.
+ Lead and manage special projects, conducting thorough research as needed.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
+ Manage meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
+ Attend and assist with global off-site meetings as required.
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a global organization.
+ Proven success in managing complex calendars and international travel logistics.
+ Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Previous experience in a technology company is a plus
