You’ll set appropriate expectations and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’re an extension of your leader, complementing their work style while upholding Target’s values and demonstrating the utmost poise, professionalism and leadership. Your open, clear and responsive communication across multiple settings and platforms will ensure you’re a trusted resource for external partners, vendors and community leaders. You’ll stay up to date on the complexities and nuances of the businesses your leader oversees and act as a key point of contact for direct reports and team members. You’ll provide exceptional support by managing priorities and processes for leaders who are often traveling and always on the go. Project management skills are fundamental for removing complexity and maximizing your leader’s time. Bring your talent for solving problems, thinking critically and recognizing roadblocks before they arise. Be a leader as you cultivate the development of a small team of administrative support staff within your area.
