Executive Assistant to Managing Partner
Description Job Title: Executive Assistant Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 per year Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of ensuring the executive's daily operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: + Provide high-level administrative support by managing schedules, organizing information, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. + Maintain and coordinate the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and set up appointments. + Handle light travel arrangements, including booking flights, securing hotel accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries. + Prepare, proofread, and distribute essential documents such as reports, memos, and invoices. + Facilitate internal communication by distributing key information, handling inquiries, and supporting team collaboration. + Assist in planning and organizing company events. + Serve as a professional liaison between the executive office and clients, vendors, and external stakeholders via phone and email. + Monitor office supply levels and place orders when necessary. + Support the preparation of presentations, briefings, and other executive materials. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. + Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with professionalism and discretion. + Additional qualifications in administrative support or secretarial training are a plus. + Experience in Financial Services is highly preferred.
