About Loews Portofino Bay Hotel
Join the team at this Italian-inspired hotel that is a re-creation of the seaside village of Portofino, Italy.
This position reports to the General Manager for the hotel and is responsible for all aspects of the day to day administration of the General Manager and Executive Office. Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities; and provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Job Specific
Maintains day to day operation of Executive office by managing GM schedule, coordinating visitors arrival, assisting with office calls and distributing office communications and mail.Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunitiesResolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, preparing correspondence and providing research as neededEnsures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniquesProvides information by answering questions and requests both internally and externallyMaintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networksContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededProvides the highest level of integrity and confidentialityOther duties as assignedGeneral
