Position Highlights:
The Executive Assistant to the VP/ACD provides high level administrative support without immediate supervisor. Resolves and completes complex administrative tasks that may include travel and itineraries, manages schedules, facilitate/coordinate meetings, conference calls, ability to produce high quality meeting minutes and reports.The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Thorough knowledge of the English grammar, punctuation and spelling as well as calendaring software packages Experience in Windows environment on a PC Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookResponsibilities:
