Position Summary:

At Delta Defense LLC, we are seeking a highly experienced and organized Executive Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to our President and other key executive staff members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of the President and other executive staff. Manage calendars, including schedule and confirm appointments, arrange for meeting rooms or facilities, make and confirm travel plans.  Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations. Plan and coordinate executive off site meetings/super weeks. Receive incoming communication (phone or written), review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff. Draft responses as requested. Prepare agendas or presentations, attend meetings with the executive, and take, transcribe, and distribute notes or minutes as requested.  Conduct research and compile data as requested. Perform basic analysis. Act as liaison between Manager of Culture and the executive team for matters related to OS Meeting and other company wide meetings. Prepare and submit executive expense reports on behalf of the executive. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying and ordering supplies. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience: 

At least four years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Extremely proficient with Google Workspace products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and collaboration tools like Google Meet) and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Demonstrates the Core Values of Delta Defense, LLC.

In-office presence required 2 to 3 days per week minimum.

This position requires candidate to live within a commutable distance to our headquarters location in West Bend, WI.
