Business Administrator Advisor

Our work depends on Business Administrator Advisor joining our team to provide administrative and executive support for the Deputy Director of the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Organization (JIAMDO), as well as perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of JIAMDO operations, to include managing external taskings and performing security functions to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.

HOW A BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization

Administrative Duties:

Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, answering phones, filing, sorting, and distributing mail, in support of a member of the Executive Leadership Team or a senior customer executive Arranges meetings including sending Microsoft office invitations and maintaining a Microsoft calendar for a senior U. S. military officer. Provides daily support to and coordinated with Branch Chief, Front Office, DDFP, and DJ8 calendars.Tracks front office tasks to include weekly DJ8 Dashboard and Bi-Weekly submissions.Hosts the JIAMDO Weekly Staff Call, updated slides and participated in meeting. Maintains JIAMDO Operational and Strategic calendar with JCIDS, JIAMDO Hot Topics, and Leadership Leave/TDY.  Excel spreadsheet updated daily.Provides administrative and executive support to Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Organization’s (JIAMDO)’s senior U.S. military officer, Deputy Director, and the Technical Director/Branch Chiefs. Updated the JIAMDO’s Conference Room calendar to ensure no conflicts.Maintain inventory office suppliesProfessional daily interaction daily with the JIAMDO Team and other times with the Deputy Director for Force protection/J8’s Front Office and staff

Joint IAMD Requirements and Taskings:

Monitors, assigns, and tracks the completion of tasks within JIAMDO. Coordinates JCIDS activities to for the IAMD WG, P FCB, JCB, and JROC.  Tasks included scheduling and tracking topics, coordination of preps and events, scheduling of conference rooms.  Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.Develops project schedules to meet project requirements and determining resource requirements. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities.Communicates any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions.  Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers.

Security:

Provides day-to-day security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures, identifying risks and providing appropriate recommended mitigations, revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems.Submits various clearances and submitted names (to have access to building) to the Pentagon Portal/PFPA Visit Management database, along with escorting

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Database manageme
● Security Clearance Level: Active TS clearance required with SCI eligibility
● Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience in Joint Staff, Service Headquarters, Combatant Command Headquarters, or similarly complex organization. Experience using Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) and the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).

The likely salary range for this position is $114,750 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
