Top Skills: + Over 3 years of experience in L1/L2 troubleshooting, desktop support, and conferencing solutions. + Proficiency in using collaboration tools, with a preference for candidates experienced in supporting MS Teams or Cisco Webex, and conference spaces/solutions. + Excellent communication skills and professionalism Responsibilities: + Provide exceptional white glove support for executives and VPs. + Deliver L1/L2 troubleshooting support in an enterprise setting. + Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting in helpdesk or desktop support roles. + Manage the setup and support of audio/visual/control solutions for executive meetings and events. + Support conference room technology and resolve user issues during conferencing meetings. + Utilize collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Cisco WebEx.
