You are responsible for the management of the marketing efforts for the APAC region for Cartus. Cartus, the market leader in global mobility, offers a full spectrum of global relocation services to more than half of Fortune 50 companies and organizations of all sizes. Innovating and developing new ways to streamline the relocation lifecycle with Cartus developed technology to ensure that Cartus can efficiently manage and move employees in over 185 countries while assisting with every phase of the relocation process.
You will join the Global Marketing team at Cartus and you will be responsible for managing the implementation of marketing communications and events strategy in the APAC region. You will work directly with our APAC/Global Marketing team to develop communications, marketing campaigns and event content.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage APAC events planning and execution in alignment with Global Marketing team
• Develop and assist in all client events/ tradeshow communications inclusive of promotional marketing materials and communications, digital and video content
• Negotiate and manage partners and logistics while ensuring alignment with budget
• Coordinate region-wide tradeshow events/sponsorships and liaising with regional stakeholders
• Support internal communications requests and ad hoc global projects as assigned, and liaise with stakeholders when appropriate
• Develop blogs and social media content for APAC
• Support all marketing tools to engage prospects and drive lead generation for the APAC region
Qualifications/Selection Criteria
• 1+ years of marketing, communications and events management experience
• Demonstrable event planning, organizational, and communication skills required
• Working knowledge of typical marketing technologies (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel)
• Comfortable with contract negotiations
• Effectively Bilingual in written/spoken English and Mandarin
• Experience with designing software - Adobe and InDesign is a plus
Education / Experience Requirement:
• 1+ year experience in brand, digital marketing and events management
• Diploma/ Degree and/ or equivalent work experience
• Passion for focusing on the details, strong project management skills and highly organized
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with WeChat or other social platforms
