OverviewReporting directly to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (CSTO) and Chief People Officer (CPO), the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to both executives. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, streamline operations, and ensure seamless day-to-day execution of key priorities for the CSTO and CPO. This person will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation efforts, and talent-related priorities, contributing to HireRight’s overall success.
Responsibilities Provide Executive Support: Independently deliver top-tier administrative support to both the CSTO and CPO, managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence. Act as a Liaison / Ambassador: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams. Manage Day-to-Day Workflows: Oversee daily operations for the CSTO and CPO, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company priorities and establishing and upholding critical business rhythms. Calendar & Expense Management: Proactively coordinate complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports, optimizing executive time and ensuring seamless scheduling. Project & Initiative Support: Assist with key strategic and people-related initiatives, tracking deliverables and helping to drive execution across teams. Prepare Reports & Presentations: Create high-quality reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Event Coordination: Organize key events, including leadership offsites, office programming, and company-wide initiatives, ensuring flawless execution. Data & Insights Management: Maintain and analyze reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making. Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, anticipate roadblocks, and propose solutions to streamline operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other executive assistants and senior leaders to foster an agile, high-performance culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong business acumen with a natural curiosity and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with an acute attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. Ability to take impeccable notes and synthesize key takeaways effectively. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel, with strong presentation skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Tech-savvy, with experience using Slack, Salesforce, Google Suite, and modern SaaS tools. A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
