Responsibilities for an Executive Chef, Culinary Services Manager with Phoebe Allentown:
Responsible for managing the assigned campus –Culinary Services Department.  Implementing the facilities’ food services program and department strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; organizing the work and activities of the department; communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports.


Requirements for an Executive Chef, Culinary Services Manager with Phoebe Allentown:The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.Associate or bachelor’s Degree in field of (Culinary, Hospitality or Dietitian).Experience in healthcare culinary services preferred. Certified Dietary Manager and Serve Safe Certified. Candidates who excel are those who can thrive in a positive and respectful Customer Driven Culture while embodying the organization’s Faith in Action Mission, Vision, and Values.   Phoebe is an equal opportunity employer.
