**Unit Description** **Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for an **Executive Chef 2** to join our team at one of or financial services account located in the South End Charlotte NC! The Food Operation is made up of a **Corporate Cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, Coffee Bar and Catering Operations.** The **Executive Chef 2** will be the lead culinary person on site and drive the culinary program. We are looking for a personable chef who is not afraid to come out of the kitchen and share their passion for food with guest. Other duties will include but not limited to: + menu planning + ordering + inventory + catering production for day to day and high-end events + food and labor cost + leading and developing a team of 7 hourly employees + experience with nutrition and health and wellness food offerings This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately M-F schedule but flexible to works some evenings for catering. **Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire).
