Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for Resource Executive Chef 3 to join our team.  This position will be based out of our Delta Headquarters location in Atlanta GA.  In addition, this Resource/Travelling Executive Chef position may be called to travel to accounts in the district. Accounts are located in TN, MS, and LA. The Resource Executive Chef may be called to support high end catering events, covering for vacant chefs in the district.

 

About a Resource Role with Sodexo

Resource Roles are temporary assignments for up to 1 year with the potential for permanent placement.  In addition, Resource employees can immediately post for permanent positions outside of the unit they are placed with from date of hire. 

 

The Food operation at the Delta location consists of 1 corporate cafe, catering operations, Chick-Fil-A, and Starbucks.  

 

The Resource Executive Chef 3 may be responsible for but not limited to:

hands on chef approximately about 80% of the timeMenu planningOrderingInventoryFood and labor costManaging hourly employeesCatering production

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire).  Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
