Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO. The Executive Chef will manage all culinary operations for this medical center including patient feeding, retail areas, and catering. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in culinary management and trends with an emphasis in quality presentation. 

 

This position is primarily Monday-Friday with some rotating weekends. The salary range is competitive and based on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately. 

 

The successful candidate will:

implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital drive quality food presentationmanage, direct, and mentor teams oversee procurement and purchasingimplement innovative and fresh ideas

a strong culinary background strong management skills and experiencemenu planning experience and a strong passion for current culinary trendsproficient computer skills, highly organized, and detail-focuseda proven ability to set up processes, create efficiencies, and solve problems with little to no directionServSafe Certified with proven working knowledge of HAACP

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
