Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 3 to join our team at one of our high-end Corporate Dining account in the Princeton New Jersey area. The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Cafes that serve Breakfast and Lunch only, Fully Licensed Starbucks, Coffee Pantries, an onsite Day Care, and Catering Operations. The Executive Chef 3 will oversee the culinary direction for business with a focus on high end catering. Duties will include but not limited to:
Menu PlanningOrderingInventoryTraining and development of the culinary staffFood and labor cost with the General ManagerEnsure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when servedAre strong hands on with all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses, salads, and sauce workHave a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisineRecognizing and reacting to contemporary trendsUse of correct food terminology and cooking methodsConstantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
