(http://sodexomagic.com/) **Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for an **Executive Chef 3** to join our team at one of our high-end Corporate Dining account in the Princeton New Jersey area. The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Cafes that serve Breakfast and Lunch only, Fully Licensed Starbucks, Coffee Pantries, an onsite Day Care, and Catering Operations. **The Executive Chef 3 will oversee the culinary direction for business with a focus on high end catering.** Duties will include but not limited to: + Menu Planning + Ordering + Inventory + Training and development of the culinary staff + Food and labor cost with the General Manager + Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served + Are strong hands on with all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses, salads, and sauce work + Have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine + Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends + Use of correct food terminology and cooking methods + Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole **The Ideal candidate has:** + A positive “can do” attitude - we’re always willing to go the extra mile, and offer 100% commitment to our customers, clients, and colleagues + Absolute pride in the quality of our food service and presentation + A keen but respectful sense of humor, having fun at work This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. **Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire).
