Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking an Executive Chef 3 to join our dynamic team at Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA. This role oversees a large campus dining program with a major focus on retail, resident dining, and catering.
We’re looking for a creative, innovative leader who is passionate about culinary excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Training and employee relations will be key focus areas, making this an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You'll Do
✅ Oversee daily food production for retail dining, resident dining, and catering services.
✅ Plan and execute menus while ensuring recipe compliance and food quality meet Sodexo’s Culinary Standards.
✅ Manage food costs, purchasing compliance, and inventory controls to drive efficiency.
✅ Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.
✅ Foster a culture of excellence by training and developing frontline employees.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
✅ Utilize food management systems to streamline operations and enhance performance.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
