**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef 3** for **Genesis Healthcare** . **Genesis Healthcare** is a 220-bed facility in Zanesville OH. The account is running Sodexo's at Your Request patient meal delivery service. Retail concepts include a Starbucks and 2 Jazzman's.

**What You'll Do**
The Executive Chef 3 oversees a production team of non-union employees responsible for all culinary aspects of patient feeding, retail operations and catering functions.
Manages retail areas and back of house in the absence of the GM and/or Retail Manager. This is a hands-on position that ensures food produced is of the highest quality and appearance, while maintaining proper cost controls in ordering, preparation and control of food waste.
+ have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
+ has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
+ has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
+ can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
+ can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
