Financial Stewardship: Meet and exceed food and labor financial targets through smart budgeting and cost control. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards by following standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation, while ensuring every dish is taste-tested for perfection. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as evidenced by stellar audit results. Community Engagement: Participate in departmental meetings and professional development programs to stay at the forefront of industry trends. Preferred Qualifications: + A.S. or equivalent experience + Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training + High volume, complex foodservice operations experience + Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation + Strong financial understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory and labor management + Experience leading and engaging a culinary team, with exceptional human resource and supervisory/management skillset + ServSafe certified If you’re ready to take your culinary career to the next level and lead a team committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!
