We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Corporate Chefs team in Washington DC. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to manage a BOH operation for a professional dining client. This role is Monday - Friday.
What you'll be doing: Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. Participating in the planning and execution of special events. What we're looking for:Must-haves:
At least six years of progressive culinary experience. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. Experience with budget statements.
Nice-to-haves:
Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
