Responsibilities: + Successfully implement innovative menus and recipes + Coordinate operations across multiple stations, retail areas, and outdoor catering services + Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations + Mentor and develop kitchen staff + Collaborate with various departments to determine efficient solutions Requirements: + Early morning availability + Associate degree or equivalent experience. + Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience. + Strong background in catering, with experience developing themed or event-specific menus. + Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex foodservice operations. + Experience with institutional and batch cooking. + Hands-on chef experience with a passion for storytelling through food. + Deep knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on creativity, quality, and cost control. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and internet applications. + Interest in participating in guest engagement initiatives and curating unique dining experiences. + ServSafe certification is highly preferred.
