Executive Compensation Analyst

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational support for the Global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Executive Income Deferral (EID) programs. This role supports the executive design projects as needed.

Job Responsibilities

(80%) Provide support in global equity and executive income deferral (EID) programs with bigger ownership of the EID program.  This includes database entry & management, Voya vendor management, addressing employee questions and other stakeholder questions around the programs, technical details, and support including recommending appropriate solutions, issue escalation & exception management, and coordinating with internal cross0functional partners.  Supports all grant, vesting, exercise actions related to LTI including annual open enrollment.  Ensures compliance with federal and state laws including tax, legal, and immigration statutory requirements – which specifically can include ensuring mobile transactions are processed correctly. Works with analyst/associate manager on communication & education initiatives. (10%) Support Executive Compensation Project work. Supports the team on one to two major projects per year that can focus on administrative or design initiatives. Provide data analysis and recommendations to the Associate Manager and other senior leaders to drive decision-making around program enhancements or adjustments. (10%) Support cross-functional and business unit partners. Regularly provide reporting to assist with Finance, Payroll and Legal requests.  Additionally, provide support to business unit partners to understand the payroll, tax, accounting and other impacts from our deferral and equity programs.

 Vendor partners including Merrill, Voya, Ernst & Young and less frequently banks or trustees outside of the US.

Knowledge and Skills Required:   

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of related experience; direct experience in executive compensation and/or compensation a plus High attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and complete multiple priorities and tasks, often working across multiple global time zones to meet customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization. High degree of comfort with ambiguity and people interactions. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
