**Position Overview** **:**
As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs for senior-level executives. Your work will ensure our executive compensation programs stay in sync with company goals and strategy and follow relevant laws and regulations.
**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze executive compensation data, including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives, and deferred compensation.
+ Compensation Program Management: Support the end-to-end Executive Rewards Cycle and collaborate with recruiters and business partners on executive hiring.
+ Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct benchmarking against peer companies, analyze executive compensation trends, and develop financial models to evaluate potential program changes.
+ Reporting & Compliance: Assist in preparing the annual proxy statement, Compensation Committee materials, and regulatory compliance documentation.
+ Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to total rewards initiatives and support cross-functional projects within the organization.
**Minimum Qualifications** **:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
+ Sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ High attention to detail with the ability to present accurate data and concise reports.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and think strategically while driving projects forward.
**Preferred Qualifications** **:**
+ Experience with executive compensation program administration.
+ Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to executive compensation.
+ Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP, CECP).
+ Knowledge of executive rewards cycles and standard methodologies.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$63,000.00 - $172,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
