Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us . **Position Summary** The Executive Director, Global Cell Therapy Organization (CTO), Strategy & Operations (S&O) will act as a key partner to the Cell Therapy Strategy & Operations Vice President and Cell Therapy Leadership Team (CTLT). BMS is the only company to have two approved cell therapies against two distinct targets on the market (Abecma and Breyanzi), and a robust pipeline of next generation autologous assets to follow in the near-term. The Executive Director will have the chance to play a critical part in driving performance of the two in-line therapies and pave the way for the success of the pipeline. The Executive Director will report to the Vice President, CT Strategy and Operations. The incumbent will be a key thought partner to the VP Strategy & Operations and will lead a high performing team of six responsible for providing the operational backbone for the Cell Therapy Organization (CTO), partnering with Worldwide and US Commercial to enhance business performance, overseeing the governance of the CTLT, and managing key strategic projects identified by the CTLT. The Executive Director will responsible for ensuring resources are maximized in support of CTO objectives and priorities, and proactively identifying business opportunities and ensuring those solutions are incorporated. **Key Responsibilities** + Support VP S&O and broader CTO by driving key Cell Therapy business objectives as an active member of the CT S&O team + Establish a disciplined approach to setting, executing, and measuring success against business priorities while designing and implementing systems and tools to track performance at a fast-pace cadence + Oversight of WW and US business operations including functional budget planning, P1-4, smart budget practices and identifying opportunities to reallocate resources as needed + Identify areas of synergy, best practice, and opportunity for improvement to manage and track performance across WW and US Commercial + Lead team of six (one Senior Director, three Directors, one Associate Director and one Senior Manager) to develop vision, strategies and plans to build performance-centric systems, tools and communication tools to achieve CTO objectives. Coach and develop team on career aspirations and effectively manage talent to build engagement and long-term impact **Qualifications & Experience** + BA/BS required. MBA, PharmD, or other graduate degree strongly preferred + 15+ years combined commercial experience across related disciplines, Global and/or local Marketing, Business Insights & Analytics, Finance or strategic management consulting experiences + Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry; possesses a global understanding of end-to-end drug development, manufacturing, and commercialization processes; relevant experience in Cell Therapy is preferable + Demonstrated strong ability to combine strategic thinking skills and commercial operational acumen to identify strategic and/or operational opportunities to drive performance for superior results + Experience working cross-functionally at senior management level and ability to direct/guide complex business and enterprise-wide decision-making at leadership team and above + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and design and manage multiple projects simultaneously + Results driven, with excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills + Executive communication style; concise and impactful oral & written communication skills \#LI-HYBRID If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
