Strategic Leadership & Innovation
Define and implement the global content strategy and editorial visionBuild and lead the Global Content Center of ExcellenceDrive content transformation and innovation initiativesDevelop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including research, business lines, campaigns, marketing functions, marketing channels and thought leadersEnsure content strategy supports critical phases of a buyer journeyChampion content excellence at the executive level globallyPartner with Campaign Center of Excellence to align content strategy with campaign frameworks and objectivesEditorial Leadership & Research Integration
Drive global editorial strategy across all content initiatives and channelsLead collaboration between Research and Marketing to maximize impact of insightsOversee development of thought leadership content and research campaignsGuide strategic research partnerships and content integrationDirect multimedia content programsEnsure regional content aligns with global brand standards while meeting local needsCollaborate with Campaign COE to develop and execute integrated campaign content strategiesOrganizational Capability Building

15+ years of content strategy and editorial leadership experience5+ years of global team leadership experienceProven track record of building content operations at scaleDeep understanding of B2B content strategy and marketingExperience in research integration and thought leadership developmentDemonstrated ability to influence at executive levelStrong understanding of global markets and cultural nuancesSuccess will be measured by:
Global adoption of content strategy and standardsOKR and KPI performanceRevenue influenceTeam capability development and performanceInnovation in content delivery and formatsStakeholder satisfaction and engagementContent quality and consistency metricsThis role is an in-office role, based in Chicago or Dallas. Consideration will be given to other major market locations where JLL has an office.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
175,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
