The Executive Director, Corporate Compliance & Ethics role is a strategic leadership position within the Corporate Legal Department. Working in close partnership with Charles River senior management, business areas and corporate functions, this role oversees the Company’s global Legal Compliance (I-Comply) program, including all corporate (non-regulatory) compliance requirements and promotion of an ethical Company culture. The Executive Director, Corporate Compliance & Ethics assures the strategic development, implementation and management of a comprehensive compliance and ethics program designed to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies in each jurisdiction in which the Company operates globally.
