This individual will be a highly motivated and experienced leader responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our cybersecurity resiliency program. **Required Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity. + 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing cybersecurity teams. + Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.). + Experience conducting tabletop exercises and leading incident response efforts. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. + Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable. + Proven adaptability and ability to remain calm under pressure. + Strong analytical and decision-making skills. + Visionary thinking with an ability to anticipate and plan for future security needs. **Preferred Qualifications** Preferred technical skills include experience with security monitoring and threat detection tools (i.e. - SIEM, SOAR) **Education** Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $175,100.00 - $334,750.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
