The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Executive Director of Executive a & Incentive Compensation who will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s executive and incentive compensation strategy. This individual will provide expert analysis and recommendations on executive, incentive and sales compensation design, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:
 

Executive Compensation:

Lead the development, implementation, and management of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentive plans, sales compensation plans, long-term incentive plans, and equity-based compensation.Prepare comprehensive materials and analysis for the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.Conduct competitive market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company’s executive compensation practices remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.Ensure executive compensation programs are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, i.e., SEC, NYSE, IRS, ERISA, etc.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two compensation professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Partner with key stakeholders and consultants, including Finance, Legal, and HR, to ensure the effective execution of executive compensation programs.Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to executive and incentive compensation


Qualifications:

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive compensation, with at least 5 years in a publicly traded company.Strong expertise in developing and presenting executive compensation content for Compensation Committees and Boards.Proven experience in leading and developing a team, with a strong ability to inspire and drive results.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$161,100 - $354,500
