SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Director to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a demonstrated track record of success in previous roles. This position requires a previous experience in leading FP&A teams, consolidating financial results, and collaborating and driving outcomes for the business.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Partner with Line of Business leadership to help achieve financial and business goals.Owns all aspects of revenue and expense consolidation, planning. and forecasting for Retail line of business.Develop process and methodology for reporting and analyzing revenue (or expense) by line of business, product, region, and customer (or vendor) levels.Lead sourcing and development of key financial data to provide insight into trends and recommend improvements.Lead finance team in developing and improving financial models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Lead finance team in effectively forecasting and planning; sets up tools, enhances processes, and implements best practices.Collaborate with functional and regional leaders to analyze and drive growth initiatives and operating leverage (e.g., pricing, expense efficiencies, etc.).Represents F&A to the business; responsible for communicating with executive leaders.Present findings to business leaders and assist in negotiating outcomes; responsible for ensuring mutually agreed outcomes between finance and the business.Lead special projects and perform ad hoc analysis as required.Collaborate with strategy teams and lead financial input for transformation activities across the business.Support the creation of business support and strategy decks to communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.Coach and develop direct reports.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance with high GPA. MBA, preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate FP&A and business line support.Experience managing global FP&A teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; strong executive presence.Proven success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and advanced modeling.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Process driven, strong leadership skills and sound judgement.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
