Position Summary
The CVS Health Women’s Health and Genomics team is part of the Medical Affairs organization responsible for advancing clinical quality, increasing access to care, improving patient outcomes, and reducing health care costs across the enterprise and for our members and customers. We deliver effective and efficient solutions that span a broad range of clinical priorities.
The Genomics/Precision Medicine Program Executive Director is responsible for designing and managing a comprehensive genomics strategy to drive improvements in clinical outcomes and other business results throughout the CVS Health enterprise. The Executive Director will leverage their clinical knowledge and industry experience to drive cross-enterprise collaboration to design, deliver and communicate the value proposition of new genomics programs.
The Genomics/Precision Medicine Program Executive Director will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and with business partners across CVS Health to co-deliver genomics initiatives. This involves aligning areas of strategic priority, developing business cases in support of objectives, developing, and executing on business requirements, and measuring and reporting on outcomes.

Leverage clinical knowledge and industry experience to shape the enterprise-wide genomics strategy focused on consumer benefits and enterprise returnStrategize with key stakeholders across the enterprise to identify and ideate market defining solutions focused on clinical quality and economic returnDevelop the multi-year strategic roadmap to implement programs across the enterpriseWork with leadership across the organization to inform clinical product and service design, enabling the development of business cases for scaled implementation of these products and services across the enterprise including Aetna, Healthspire, Caremark, and Pharmacy and Consumer WellnessProactively lead complex projects by setting and managing strategic direction and owning end-to-end implementation and deliveryArticulate quality and cost management strategies in genomics/molecular pathologySynthesize analytics, competitive analyses, market research, expert interviews, observations, and pilot data to confirm overall opportunity size, target population, regional and cultural differences and prioritize specific opportunitiesCollaborate with digital, IT and key third-party vendors to identify and define the requirements for the best platforms to enable genomics innovation in solutions and engagementAmplify the strategy and connect the stories of genomics and women’s health within the CVS enterprise to gain consensus and support from internal stakeholdersRequired Qualifications
5+ years of clinical experience in genetics or related field5+ years of business leadership experience in the healthcare, insurance, biotech, or pharmaceutical space with some focus on genomics and/or women’s health clinical programs, products and/or initiatives

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
