About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking to hire an Executive Director to support our Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) Operations - Implementation, Maintenance, & Quality, internally known as Operations Senior Manager in the organization. The role is responsible for focusing on leading, equipping and supporting individuals to ensure that clients opting for GPL clients are onboarded and Ready to Transact. The implementation team plays a key role in the client onboarding journey and this individual will drive implementation plans for clients and products.

6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:
Graduate or postgraduate in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or any related areaIn depth understanding of Global Payments and Liquidity business, products, lifecycle and clientsStrong people management professional experienceStrong Client Management professional experienceProfessional experience of managing large group of frontline managers and associatesGreat professional experience working in a Shared Services, Banking & Finance, or BPO work environment, required.Job Expectations:
