Job Title: Executive Director of HR Shared Services
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)
Position Summary
NCR Atleos seeks an experienced Executive Director of HR Shared Services to lead a global team and optimize our Tier 0-2 HR operations. This role focuses on delivering efficient HR services, enhancing employee experience, and partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) for strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead the HR Shared Services global team, including the HR Service Center (Tier 1) and HR Specialists (Tier 2).
Employee Self-Service (Tier 0): Enhance self-service tools and resources to empower employees.
Partnership with COEs: Collaborate with COEs to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.
Data and Analytics: Use data to identify trends, improve HR processes, and inform decision-making.
Design and Build-Out: Assist with the design and build-out of the HR shared services model to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Global Experience: Leverage global experience to manage HR operations across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 10+ years in HR, with 5+ years in a leadership role within HR Shared Services.
Skills: Strong HR management knowledge, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
Software/ programs/ platforms: Experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel), ServiceNow or similar automated business workflow platforms.
Global Perspective: Must have experience working in a global organization, with an understanding of diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education/Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP; Master’s degree preferred.
Industry Experience: Experience in financial technology or related industry.
