Job Description

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OFFICE OF PHILANTHROPIC PARTNERSHIPS (OPP), Resource Development, to manage the OPP and assume responsibility for the overall leadership and direction of MIT’s cause-based major and principal gift fundraising efforts, mainly targeting domestic and international non-alumni friends and corporations. While fundraising at all levels, OPP focuses primarily on principal and transformational gifts. The executive director will be accountable for maintaining solicitation activity, coordinating closely with peers in RD, and motivating and guiding staff to ensure that MIT meets its annual giving goal.
