**Job Summary**
The MVPD syndication team is an exciting part of Comcast’s B2B team, licensing our products and services to operators globally. This role is responsible for the development of the short and long-term B2B syndication revenue protection and growth for the MVPD syndication business. Development and implementation of the annual plan is key to ensure the success of the Company’s Product Sales programs and to deliver a positive customer experience. Direct responsibility for major accounts that are strategically important to Comcast. Drives the progress of sales; reviews records and reports provided to executive management; and reviews employee and events insights to drive product engagement and sustained adoption. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization’s business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages/matrix manages multiple teams of professionals.
**Job Description**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the protection and growth of revenue from agreed syndication partners
+ Develops expertise on Comcast and Partners’ products, business strategy and vision and develops mutually commercially beneficial solutions that drive business performance
+ Negotiates contracts that are sustainable for both parties
+ Interprets business strategy and manages plan development ensuring it aligns with sales strategy
+ Runs Executive Steering groups internally and externally and ensures advocacy for our partners across all business touchpoints
+ Is an advocate for excellent customer service and provides this to our partners
+ Owns the communications strategy and plan with syndication partners. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must
+ Researches and recommends new tools for Product Sales activity and enhancements for Product Sales campaigns.
+ Evaluates themes and trends across post-event feedback and recommends changes to sales effectiveness and employee engagement plans as needed.
+ Partners closely with training teams for deployment of successful training curriculum and overall change management approach.
+ Responsible to hire, onboard, develop and motivate Product Sales personnel across the department. Partners with finance and insights teams to review performance and impact analysis and adjust budgets and plans as needed.
+ Reviews and develops annual operating budgets for syndication department
+ Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be flexible to respond to partner needs as required
+ Regular travel to partners’ sites essential
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
