Executive Director, Small Business Card Spend Enablement

Chase Card Services has a dominant share of the credit card market with leading branded products such as Ink for business, Sapphire for travel, Freedom for cash-back and Slate for those who are looking to save on interest. Chase also offers credit card programs in partnership with many of the world's best brands including Amazon, Disney, Marriott, Southwest and United.
Within the high-growth Chase Small Business Card team, this individual will be responsible for leading critical strategies designed to drive cash
flow enablement for our customers.
As a Small Business Card Spend Enablement Executive Director you will work across partner functions and Card segments within Chase to ensure a
comprehensive approach to a spending enablement roadmap. This will require someone with strong strategic leadership capabilities and organizational
acumen. You will be a card payment expert with demonstrated success navigating large, complex organizations to deliver
exceptional customer benefits and experiences. You will also have a strong working knowledge of agile development practices, capability development, and a data driven leadership mindset.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**
• 10+ years of proven financial product management and leadership experience; with a particular focus in credit cards
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Highly focused on the customer, with track record of continually improving the customer experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain profitable businesses in a highly competitive environment through marketing strategies and product development
• Exceptional leadership acumen to build great teams and attract top talent
• Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, but also a willingness to focus on details and process
• Proven leadership and influencing skills and ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed team
• Proven ability promoting a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures, and processes
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**
• Credit card product experience combined with product development is preferred
• Advanced degree preferred.
