Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a potential new Executive Director position. In this role, you will lead a statewide administrative case management program in Kansas which will support older adults and people who are living with brain injuries and physical disabilities. Administrative Case Management services are intended to assist Kansans who have been found functionally eligible for Home and Community-Based Services with becoming financially eligible for Medicaid services and maintaining financial eligibility by assisting with completing annual financial reviews. Individuals can become functionally eligible for the Physical Disability, Frail Elderly, or Brain Injury waivers by having the appropriate assessment completed. In addition to assisting Kansans with applying for Medicaid, Administrative Case Management services can be utilized to gather needed documentation that is required for Home and Community-Based Services waivers and be used to assist with annual Medicaid reviews.
