What you will do in this role:

Responsible for the operation of a grouping of contract therapy locationsPlans, directs, coordinates and supervises all program activities in the area to ensure that company and client goals are metDemonstrate accountability for and contribution to company-wide program development, quality improvement, problem solving, productivity enhancement and profitability in a cross departmental and interdisciplinary environmentDevelop facility/unit operating and capital budget with client institution for marketMonitor referral/admission process across marketEnsures each assigned facility/unit within market has a comprehensive quality management programAccountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with Lifepoint Health CORE values
Qualifications

At a minimum, be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in a health related, business, public relations or human services area of concentrationIf clinical, must possess a current license to practice as required by the state Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for education requirementsA track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary; multi-site supervision experience is desirableProvision of own transportation is necessaryComputer and current technology competence
