The Role: 

Oversee the daily operations of the community.  Direct the management team to ensure the success of the community while meeting all financial and budgetary objectives. Participate and be accountable for oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results. Operate the community in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.

 

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

At least 5 years of management experience in a senior living community. Active RCFE license in the state of CA required. The technical knowledge required is best obtained through a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area. Ability to work effectively with a variety of publics, including residents, owners, community groups, government agencies, etc. A broad understanding of federal and state laws related to the operation of the community. Ability to effectively supervise staff members and to work cooperatively as part of a team.

Travel Frequency: 0-10% 

Estimated Salary Range: $200,000 - $240,000

The actual title and salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
