Position Summary
As the Executive Director, you will provide operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory leadership for our substance abuse treatment facility. You will play a key role in establishing a welcoming, client-centered environment, driving program growth, and ensuring high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic plan to promote program growth and adaptability. Build and lead a high-performing management team focused on employee relations and teamwork. Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including client engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., CARF). Lead performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Foster a strong onboarding process and implement employee retention initiatives. Oversee program budget development and expenditures. Ensure consistent communication through shift reports and staff meetings. Represent the facility in organizational meetings and task forces. Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide training, guidance, and daily support to the facility team.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in management, preferably in behavioral healthcare.
