About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Senior Manager.


In this role, you will:

Manage and develop teams of excellent professionals, and managers in roles with moderate complexity and riskEngage and influence peers, management, and experienced leaders companywideIdentify and recommend opportunities for transformation of data into actionable information that drives business outcomes, strategies, and risk control developmentManage modeling, forecasting, reporting, and data distribution tools and processes requiring significant technical complexity within analyticsAct as a technical expert for experienced management on highly complex issuesMake decisions and resolve issues regarding data aggregation, strategies, resources, and operations of risk analytics to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop risk policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within Analytics and ReportingRecommend strategies and actions to be considered by management relative to high riskCollaborate with and influence peers, all levels of professionals, including experienced managersInteract directly with external customersManage allocation of people and financial resources for Risk AnalyticsDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Management experience
