Requirements:

The ability to foster an environment of excellence while leading a caring team who make a difference in the lives of our residents who we are privileged to serve A strong understanding of the long-term care industry and operations An active and valid Healthcare Facility Administrator license in Indiana A Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree preferred
