Job Description The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of the retirement community to include the effective use of people, time, money and materials, in accordance with existing federal, state and local regulations, as well as the established policies and procedures of Methodist Senior Services ensuring the welfare and safety of residents and employees. Requirements Preferred Qualifications 5 years experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study. At least three years experience in a supervisory capacity, with some experience in housing management, administration and/or social services; basic computer skills; must be able to communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of the organization; experience with budget preparation , strategic planning and personal management preferred; experience in accepted accounting practices beneficial.
