Join our dynamic team as the Executive Director of Compensation and Benefits, where you'll lead the strategy, management, and administration of our comprehensive employee compensation and benefits programs. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive and cost-effective health, retirement, broad-based, and variable compensation plans. Your expertise will be crucial in attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and aligning with Human Resources objectives and industry standards. As a key leader within the Total Rewards team, you will report directly to the VP, Total Rewards, driving our mission to create an exceptional, market leading employee experience.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with all levels of the organization, have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. The Executive Director of Comp and Benefits should also have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 10 years’ combined experience in compensation and benefits with at least 5 years of people and program management experience at a manager level or above At least one of the following certifications, or within one year from hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or equivalent (Required) Ability to develop a clear, realistic, and actionable vision, and provide a results oriented strategy Ability to use customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience Ability to build, motivate, and lead high performing team Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage projects and assignments from start to completion Ability to think critically and independently resolve problems Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to offer insights and recommendations Ability to ensure efficient workflow and implement best practices and process improvements
