Eddy Village Green is looking for an experienced, proven and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Green House model skilled nursing facility serving 192 elders, located in Cohoes, New York.

St. Peter’s Health Partners is a regional health ministry within Trinity Health, a national non-profit healthcare system.
The Green House is an innovative approach to providing nursing home care, aimed to place the elder at the center of care delivery and improving quality of life. The Green House model seeks to de-institutionalize nursing home care by transforming the environment and the philosophy of care. The model is comprised of smaller homes (12 elders per house) thereby facilitating closer relationships between caregivers and elders. Eddy Village Green at Cohoes features 16 ranch-style houses, along with a Community Center, located on a beautiful campus, with outdoor areas for elders and families to enjoy. The homes are complete with private bedrooms and baths, and family-style country kitchens with living/dining areas. While the houses are homes in every way, security and technology are built in to ensure elder safety.
