About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director - Vice President.


In this role, you will:

Manage professional teams accountable for overall operational performance of one or more lines of businessEngage with internal partners and peers associated with the functionIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentDetermine appropriate strategy and actions of security operations team to meet high risk deliverablesDevelop policies and procedures for security operations within the scope of moderate complexity and responsibilityCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managersLead team to achieve objectivesManage allocation of people and financial resources for Securities OperationsDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education3+ years of Management experience


Desired Qualifications:

Amenable to night shift schedule and onsite work (Five Neo, BGC)
