Position Overview
NOTE: The role will require approx 1 year in Southern CA and then permanently moves to TN in 2026. Candidates must reside in one of these regions and be willing to live full time in Southern CA for around 1 year prior to being permanently relocated to TN with principal.
The Executive Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-end estate, ensuring that all aspects of the household run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex calendar, providing support to high net worth individuals and their families. The client has a home in Los Angeles area and will be relocating to Nashville, TN area in 2026. The role will require approx 1 year in LA and then permanently in TN.

Proven 15+ years of recent experience as Executive Assistant, Estate Manager, or Personal Assistant in a high net worth environmentExceptional organizational and calendar management skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.Experience in managing household staff and providing domestic services.Benefits
