Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory control procedures Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess or shortage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast supply and demand requirements Utilize inventory management software to track, record, and maintain accurate inventory data Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy Lead and coordinate physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in inventory handling and storage Generate reports on inventory activities, stock levels, and performance metrics Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the Aviation and Airline industry.
