This hand-on technical position will manage executive technical requirements, diagnose technical incidents, help design innovative solutions, and be a key stakeholder on IT projects.
Technical responsibilities include (but not limited to) support and administration for AV technologies, computing hardware and systems, packaged software, peripheral equipment, proprietary software, and network connectivity to ensure the efficient and successful operations of IT automation in accordance with SNC corporate business, security, and IT standards, practices, policies, and procedures.

Responsible for executive level technical supportKey technical contributor in the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade of IT systems, including AV, Meeting Services, PCs, operating systems, software, hardware and peripheralsWork with stakeholders & IT management to define business and systems requirements for innovative technology implementationsMaintain/Support/Deploy IT hardware and software for executive staffSupport strategic and executive offsite eventsDiscover and conduct research on potential technologyMaintain proficiencies with the latest technologies. Evaluate new technologies and the application within the SNC environmentTechnical support of advanced automation and IOT devicesSupport and prepare technology needed for international travelOther duties as assignedMust-haves:
Associate's Degree in a Computer Science field with 10 or more years of relevant experience2 or more years in a Lead roleHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationStrong sense of customer/solution ownership, an overall drive for excellence, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects to successful completionTeam focused with the capacity for knowledge sharing and team leadership Strong written and verbal communication skills with end users and leadershipDrive to maintain current knowledge of industry trends and potential impact on the businessDemonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfactionAbility to understand user and business needs and translate to technical solutionsAbility to manage small to medium IT projectsIn-depth knowledge of current IT technical standards as related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, software troubleshooting, VPN technologies and RSA and Video Teleconference (VTC) and other related peripherals Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of industry standard hardware and software products/services including: Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Suite, Teams, BitLocker encryptions, wireless, Citrix, Dell products, AV systems, Apple product lines and mobile device supportThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredPreferred:
